How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at hello@kaptura.ai within 3 days of receiving your headshots. Include the email address you used for your order. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the moment your headshots are delivered (i.e., from the email notification confirming your headshots are ready). The refund applies to the full purchase amount. There is no partial refund option — it is all or nothing.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
